IM Whiteboard is an AOL AIM plugin that let you draw simultaneously with any of your buddies. This plugin can be useful to share an idea or have fun with your friends or kids, plus you can save your drawings and use them as wallpaper or send them to other people.
How get it?
- Close AIM
- Execute the installer
- Start AIM
- In order to share a whiteboard, the same IM Whiteboard version must be installed in your friend computer.
How use it?
After you install IMWhiteboard, you'll see the option "Draw with your buddy" when you make right click in any of your buddies, or you can also use the same option in an IM window. As appear in this image:
Then, your friend will receive an invitation, if he/she rejects it or if he/she doesn’t have the plugin installed, you will receive a message with this information. But if he/she accepts the invitation, a new window will be open.
The IM Whiteboard windows have the following options in the toolbar:
• Erase board
• Save your board in a file (JPG, GIF and BMP file formats supported)
• Select the color of your pen (Palette option)
• Select the pen width
As soon as you draw on the board, your friend will receive your draw and vice versa.
